Step 6:
Screw the 3 reflector support bolts to the top of (2) (see pic. 7)
Step 7:
Carefully remove all the blue plastic film from the reflector parts
Assemble the reflector according to pic. 8
Step 8:
Mount the reflector to (2) using the support bolts mounted in step 7.
Fasten the reflector with the 3 provided wingnuts. See pic. 9
Step 9:
Connect your regulator to your gas tube. (see pic. 10)
Step 10:
Position the gas cylinder into (9)
Connect your regulator to your gas cylinder. (see pic. 11)
Step 11:
Fasten the gas cylinder with the included fixation strap. (see pic. 11)
Step 12:
DANGER: ALWAYS perform a complete leakage check using soapy water (see
chapter “leak testing”)
OPERATION
TO TURN ON THE HEATER:
a) Open the gas supply valve on your gas cylinder. Refer to Pic. ‘control panel’
below: Ignitor button 2 is also the lid of the battery housing. Screw off the
ignitor button and position 1x AAA battery (“+” pole pointing towards you),
see pic. 12.
b) Press control button (1)
c) While pressing control button (1) turn it to position “MIN”
d) Keep pressing control button (1) for 15-30 seconds (*)
e) During the 15 – 30 seconds: press ignitor button 2 (*)
f) Release the ignitor button when the flame is ignited
g) 30 seconds after ignition: the capacity of the heater can now be controlled by
turning the knob (1) between “MIN” and “MAX”
h) When heater is not lit: turn (1) to “OFF”, wait 5 minutes, repeat the process b
to g.
(*) with a new gas cylinder or when the gas cylinder is replaced: it could take
longer than 15-30 seconds before the gas will enter the burning chamber. In
such cases: keep pressing the control button (1) for > 20-30 seconds then press
ignitor button 2.
