The stove has been

by the timer mode or the
save mode. The stove is
in cooling down phase.
This is not an error; the cooling down
phase stops automatically when the stove
has cooled down sufficiently.
Power failure
After the electricity supply has been re-
stored, the stove will start in the cooling
down phase. The stove can then be started
up again.

"Alar fan fail"
The flue blower is defec-
tive or the printed circuit
board cannot measure its
speed.
Either the flue blower, the printed circuit
board or the speed sensor is defective, or
the wiring is damaged or loose. Fix the de-
fect. Only to be done by a Qlima-approved
technician

“ALAR/NO/
ACC”
Occurs when 15 minutes
after start up the smoke
temperature still too low.
Not enough pellets in the
fire chamber. Not enough
pellets in the pellet hop-
per.
Press on/off button to reset alarm. Wait
until unit is cooled down completely.
Clean fire chamber and brazier. Fill pellet
hopper. Start up with a new switching on
cycle.

Temperature of fume
gases becomes too high.
Reset the heater and restart it.
In case of recurring problems, please con-
tact a Qlima approved technician.
Should the stove overheat, a safety device will engage and block the feeder me-
chanism. After the stove’s cool-down cycle has been completed, re-engage the
thermostat placed at the back of the stove, by removing the thermostat’s cap and
pressing the button underneath. In case of repeated malfunctions, please contact
authorized technical support. (see fig 16+17)
