Deleting Persistent Configuration Data
When you select persistent configuration data, the current configuration data
displays if one exists. You can do the following:
■
Delete the persistent configuration data for an HBA port and its devices and
LUNs
(see section 7.9.1)

■
Delete the persistent configuration data for a device and its LUNs
(see
section 7.9.2)

Deleting HBA Port Persistent Configuration Data
NOTE:
This option is not available on Solaris SPARC.
Perform the following steps to delete the persistent configuration data for an HBA
port and its devices and LUNs:
1. Do one of the following:

From the SANsurfer FC HBA Manager main window HBA tree, right-click
the HBA port (or its host or HBA). From the pop-up menu, select
HBA Port
Persistent Configuration Data
.

From the
Fibre Channel Port Configuration
dialog box
HBA
menu, select
Persistent Configuration Data
.
The
Fibre
Persistent Configuration Editor
displays the HBA ports
(see
figure 7-21)
.

For each HBA connected to the host, the
Fibre Persistent Configuration
Editor
lists the HBA port number and the HBA world wide port name.
