On the HBA Utilities page, click
Retrieve Crash Record
.
The Save Crash Record dialog box (
Figure 7-13
) opens.

To save the crash record, choose one of the following options:
Enter a name and location for the crash file, or type a file name in the
File
box, and then click
Save
.
If you do not know the location, click
Browse
. The Save dialog box
opens. Select or type a file name in the
File Name
box, and then click
Save
. The Save Crash Record dialog box re-opens with name you
selected in the
File Name
box. Click
Save
.
6.
A message box informs you of the success or failure of the crash record
save. To close this message box, click
OK
.
Serial Number
HBA serial number.
HBA Alias Name
HBA port iSCSI alias name. Symbolic name you assign
to the HBA port for identification purposes.
NOTE:
When naming a crash file, it is helpful to include the HBA information,
crash date, and crash time.
