The conveyor wheel picks up the finished booklet and transports it to
the collector. Use the following procedure to align the conveyor wheel:

Loosen the screws on both sides of the conveyor wheel.
The position of the conveyor wheel depends on the size of the
booklet. The best possible position is when a finished booklet
(ejected from the Trimmer) slightly touches the conveyor wheel.
This means that for an 5.5" x 8.5" booklet, the conveyor wheel
must be positioned more to the right than an 8.5" x 11" booklet.

Adjust the conveyor wheel.

Tighten the screws to secure the conveyor wheel in position.

Roll the Trimmer back to the Folder/Stapler.

When a QDOC print job is cancelled, some pages of the cancelled
job may remain in the Folder/Stapler and be bound into the following
print job if they are not removed. Use the following instructions when-
ever you cancel a print job.

Cancel the print job through the application or by pressing
the Cancel button on the QMS 4060 control panel.
