11. Meeting & Contact Settings
You can configure the KoiMeeter app settings by logging into the app backend on a QNE device. You must
have administrator permissions or the QNE device account to access the Meeting & Contact Settings.
Logging in to the Meeting & Contact Settings
KoiBox-100W supports DHCP clients by default. When connected to a network, an IP address is obtained
from a DHCP server automatically. The IP address will show on the home screen of the HDMI display.

If your network is not connected to a DHCP server, you can manually configure the video
conference appliance IP. For details, see
.
1. Enter the following in the address bar of the web browser: the IP address followed by a colon (:), the
port number 25001, and "/#/CMS".
For example, "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:25001/#/CMS".
2. Log in with the device username and password.
Note
The default login details as following:
• Default username:
user
• Default password: The first MAC address in uppercase letters without special characters.
For example, if the first MAC address is 00-08-9B-F6-15-75, then the admin password will
be 00089BF61575.
Important
For security purposes, QNAP strongly recommends you set a new password after logging in to
the device the first time.
