File categorization
This feature is used to create an index for all media files so that they can be
categorized systematically for easy browsing.
Note:
The index file of each storage device is stored on its own disk. The
NMP-1000 does not store the index files of other storage devices on its local hard
drive.
Auto file categorization can be configured for local disk, USB storage device, and
remote disks. It is turned off by default.
Note:
After you turn on the auto file categorization feature, you must restart the
NMP-1000 to start the categorization process.
