Hardware Reset
If your NMP-1000 does not respond for any reasons, you can try to reset the
hardware. To do this, press and hold the “Power” button on the front panel for
more than 6 seconds. The device will reset itself and power off. You can then
power on the device and have the player working properly again. If the device
fails to work after the hardware reset, please contact your distributor/ dealer or
our technical support.
