Previous Question
: -- The
Previous Question
button is used to view or
to edit the previous question set up. When clicking the button, the Question Settings
window will display the previous question.
Next Question
: -- The
Next Question
button is used to view or edit the
next question set up. When clicking the button, the Question Settings window will display
the next question.
Save Setting
: -- Click the
Save Setting
button to save any questions
setting changes to the currently open PowerPoint quiz file. If you exit the question setting
window without saving the changes, the changes will be lost.
Exit
: -- Click the
Exit
button to exit the question setting window. The
software will prompt you to save the changes, if you change the question setting. If it is
not saved, the changes will be lost.
Any PowerPoint file can be converted to a formatted Test Paper using the Exam Editor. To convert
a PowerPoint file follow these steps:
1. Open the PowerPoint file you wish to edit.
2. Click on
button, which opens the Question Setting window and select the Exam tab.
3. In the Clicker Display area, click the Obtain button to obtain the Question Title and Answer
Option. You may edit the contents if you want to modify the Question Title and Answer
Option.
4. In the Correct Answer Selection column, clicking on the radio button before each answer
option to choose the answer(s) depends on the selected question mode.
5. Click the Save Setting button, type in the new file name in the displayed window.
Note:
By clicking the Save Setting button, the system will automatically save the setting into another
quiz file without covering the original PowerPoint file.
