Problem:
The sound is low or completely silent
Solution:
Make sure both your audio device and OBA speaker are charged.
Make sure the connection (either AUX or Bluetooth) is fully
functional and secure. If using AUX , be sure the cable is securely
inserted in the OBA and your audio device. Also make sure the audio
cable is not damaged. Check that the volume on both your
audio device and OBA speaker are turned up to at least medium.
Confirm that your audio device is playing music.
Problem:
Bluetooth will not connect or you cannot figure out how to connect it.
Solution:
Please consult the User Manual of your Bluetooth enabled audio
device for instructions. Make sure that both your audio device and OBA
speaker are discoverable and in search mode. Try rebooting the
speaker by turning it off then back on.
Problem:
The person on the other end of my call cannot hear me or I cannot
hear him/her.
Solution:
Make sure your device is connected to the OBA properly. Turn up the
volume on both your device and the OBA. Make sure nothing is
obstructing the microphone hole.
