Troubleshooting

Hard ground

from actuator for
broken or pinched
wiring. Repair
where needed.
Plugging
Too much
debris on the
field.
Remove debris
from the field.
Ridging on
outside.
Harrowing at
too high a
speed.
Reduce to 4-6
mph (6-9 km/h).
Does not run
level, or tow
straight.
Incorrect tire
pressures.
Inflate tires evenly
to 30 psi.
Harrows
unhooking
from pull
tube.
Harrow hooks
have spread
and are not
holding to
harrow pull
tube.
Install hooks to
harrow pull tube.
Close hook so it
does not slip
through.
Harrows not
level during
operation.
Improper level
adjustment.
Check level, refer
to page 5.
Actuator is
stuck at either
end of stroke
No electrical
power to
switch or
wiring.
Check wiring and
switch. Replace
switch or repair
wiring. Test
system.
