IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:
Read all instructions carefully before you use the appliance.
This appliance is designed for domestic use only. No responsibility is accepted for damage resulting from use

Do not operate the hand mixer with wet hands.
Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children. Keep children away from the
appliance.
Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
Unplug before inserting or removing parts.
Avoid contacting moving parts.
Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from the beaters during operation to
reduce the risk of injury to persons, and/or damaged to the mixer.
Remove beaters from the
hand
mixer
before washing them.
Do not continuously operate the mixer too long. The motor may overheat.
For 1~5 Speed, continuously operate time must be less than
3
minutes. For turbo speed, continuously
operate time must be less than 1 minute.
Do not use the beaters to mix too hard ingredients.
The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or
injury.
Do not let cord contact hot surface, including the stove.
Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped
or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair
or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
Do not put it in water.
Do not use outdoors.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly
qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
Switch off the appliance before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

OPERATION GUIDELINES
1. Make sure the appliance is disconnected from the power supply. Fit the fork or muddler (6) to the beater
holes (5), press them and twist until beater clicks into position.
2. Put the container (7) in which you will mix ingredients on to the base. After that place the mixer on the
base.
3. Plug in the appliance.
4. Hold the mixer handle. Lower the beaters or hooks into ingredients in the container.
5. Switch on the appliance and select the desired speed (1). The mixer will begin to mix the ingredients.
6. You can press the "turbo" button (2) to accelerate the mixing speed. Turbo operate time must be less than
1 minute.
7. When you have finished mixing, stop the mixer by pushing the speed button to "0" immediately.
8. Wait until beaters / hooks have stopped revolving, press the ejector knob (3) to remove the beaters /
hooks. Switch off the appliance before changing accessories or approaching the moving parts.
9. Unplug the appliance when you have finished mixing. D
isconnect the beaters from the hand mixer.
Clean
the beaters / hooks with water. Dry them out and store in the box with the main body.
10. Press stand release button (9) to remove the container in order to clean it. Dry it out and store in the box
with the main body.
