This is a good starting speed for bulk and dry food
such as flour, butter and potatoes.
Best speed to mixing start liquid ingredients for
salad dressings.
For mixing cakes, cookies and quick bread.
For creaming butter and sugar. Beating uncooked
candy, desserts, etc.
For beating eggs, cooked icings. Whipping potatoes,
whipping cream, etc.

1.
Remove plug from mains socket.
2. Clean the mixer with a dry cloth after use.
3. Wash forks as normal with water and washing liquid.

. As the unit is of high precision device, it's delicately built and extremely sensitive. Avoid dropping
the unit or subject the unit to high impact which will greatly damage its function. The product may be off
and can't be switched on when it is subjected to strong electrostatic discharge disturbance, but it can
recover after reinstalling the button cell, and then follow the instruction described in this manual to set the
function again for normal operation.
