5.1 Troubleshooting SIM issues
Why has the phone displayed “Please insert SIM card
”?
• Maybe the SIM card does not touch the phone properly or is not inserted.
• Replace the SIM card and try again. If the phone can operate normally, it
will indicate that the SIM card has problems. Contact your operator.
• If the SIM card surface or phone SIM card port has oxidization trace,
please clean it with spirit or mop with clean soft cloth.
Inquiry and notices for PIN, PIN2, PUK, PUK2 and restriction
number
:
• Please consult the local operator.
• After the PIN number has been input wrongly successively for three
times, the SIM card will be
locked
.
• For PUK number, please contact the SIM card operator.
Signals are unstable
• The local network signals are unstable and thus result in the unstable
signals of the phone. Please change to another place and try again.
• If all solutions above are ineffective, please contact our service center or
come to our after-sales service department for repair and debugging.
Unable to dial out
• The local network signals are very bad, please come to another area with
stronger signals.
• The local network operator is busy. Try again later.
