2.10. Processor Heat Sinks
Removing a Heat Sink
Prerequisite:
Remove the top cover.
Removing a Top Cover

Remove the GPGPU3 assembly. See
Removing a
GPGPU3 Module
.
Remove the mainboard air-duct. See
Removing a Main-
board Air Duct
.
1. Loosen the captive screw(s) securing the heat sink to the
mainboard.
Removing Heat Sink
2. Remove the heat sink.
3. Repeat for the additional heat sink.
Note:
S210-X2A2J system cooling capability can only support proces-
sor with 1U thermal profile requirement, cannot support proces-
sor with 2U thermal profile requirement.
WARNING!
The heatsink remains hot after the system has been powered
down. Allow sufficient time to cool before handling system com-
ponents.
