Furthermore in order to implement this function, set “POWER ON Function” to Passw ord
and enter the keyboard pow er-on passw ord in the “INTEGRATED PERIPHERALS” section
of the BIOS. Save and exit, then pow er off your system. In this case, the pow er button’s
pow er- on function has been dis abled.

Note:

1. If using this function, 5VSB line o f the pow er  supply sho uld be
capab le of delivering en ough curre nt (eg. 200m A) for all the de vices
conne cted to th e keyboard  port, if not, you w ill be unable to pow er up
the s ystem  usin g the keyb oard.
2. If  you set JKB w ith pin2 & pin3 closed, s et “ POWER ON Functio n”  to
BUTTON ONLY, don’ t  set it to Passw ord, or you’ ll be unable to pow er up
your system  by the keybo ard or th e pow er bu tton.
3. If you en counter the above problem s, clear CMOS and se t the jum per
and BIOS option again.

PCI 3.3VSB Voltage Jumper (JSB)

Setting JSB open can dis connect the 3.3VSB voltage to PCI slots. This c an prevent the
mainboard from being damaged if you add or remove expansion cards w ithout unpluging the
AC pow er supply. How ever, if you w ant to use the PCI 2.2 specification compliant expansion
cards to w ake up the system, for example, a netw ork card w hich supports w ake-up on LAN
function but w ithout the WOL header, or if you w ant to use an AMR card, set JSB as closed,
meanw hile set “Wake-Up by PCI card” as enabled in “Pow er Management Setup” section of
the BIOS.

Note:

 If AMR card is used, this jumper must be set as default setting closed.
