Means that the DAQ system will use the TEDS
data to setup the DAQ. But if there is no TEDS
available in the sensor, the DAQ system will not
go to an error state.

Means that the DAQ has to use the TEDS data.
If there is no TEDS data available, the DAQ
system indicates an error.
