Warranty
Quasar offers a limited warranty covering defects in materials and manufacturing
for a period of one year after the original purchase date from an authorized
Quasar retailer.
This warranty does not cover the following:
•
Improper, rough or careless treatment.
•
Fire or other natural calamity.
•
Improper repair or adjustment made by a third party.
•
Accidental damage or fair wear and tear: cases & bands.
•
Consumables such as case, band, glass, and battery.
•
Any failure caused by the product not being used in accordance with
instructions.
•
The valid proof of purchase not provided when requesting warranty repair.
•
Discoloration of product parts: cases & bands.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. To avoid damage or loss of
your product during transit, please ensure the package and product inside are
secure, and send it insured. Quasar reserves the right to not accept a warranty
claim if a watch has evidence of excessive wear or misuse. Quasar reserves the
right to repair or replace any watch returned for service at our discretion.
