Sending data to the module via USB will wake up the module.

When the module has a URC to report, MAIN_RI signal will wake up the host.
3.2.2.3 USB Application without USB Suspend Function
If the host does not support USB suspend function, USB_VBUS should be disconnected with an external
control circuit to set the module to sleep mode.

Execute
AT+QSCLK=1
to enable sleep mode.
⚫
Ensure the MAIN_DTR is held at high level or keep it open.
⚫
Disconnect USB_VBUS.

Switching on the power switch to supply power to USB_VBUS will wake up the module.
Pay attention to the level match shown in dotted line between the module and the host. For more details

3.2.3 Airplane Mode
When the module enters airplane mode, the RF function will be disabled, and all AT commands related to
