1 Introduction
This document defines and specifies the M20 module series. For product ordering information,
please refer to

.This document describes the hardware interface of
Quectel’s M20 module series that connects to the specific application and the air interface.
This document can help you quickly understand module interface specifications, electrical and
mechanical details. With the help of this document, associated application notes and user guide,
customer can use M20 module to design and set up mobile applications quickly.
