• All repairs including to the plug or cord should be made by a competent qualified repair service. Do not repair this product yourself.
• Note: To avoid danger by accidental resetting the thermal protection, this product may not be powered through an external switching
device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that regularly will be switched on or off.
• Allow the device to cool down before you are going to remove or replace spare parts.
• Do not use this product near direct heat sources.
• Make sure the cord does not touch the hot parts of the product.
• Do not use this product in the bathroom or near a sink filled with water. If this product has fallen into the water do not under no
circumstances directly grab this product, but first pull the plug from the socket.
• Make sure that the cord is not hanging over the edge of the table or counter, does not touch any hot surfaces or is coming directly into
contact with the hot parts of the product. Do not place the product underneath or close to curtains, window coverings etc.
• Children shall not play with the product.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
• Keep the product and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
Care and Maintenance
• Remove the plug from the outlet and let the product cool down.
• Clean the outside with a damp cloth. Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, steel wool or a scouring pad as this may damage the product
• Do not immerse in water or other liquid. Do not place the product in the dishwasher to clean.
• Clean the painted surface with a damp soft cloth and mild household cleaning powder.
• Baked on marks on the circular Hot Plate can be removed with a household cleaning powder. Turn the unit on for a moment to dry after
cleaning.
• Commercially available Hot Plate cleaners are recommended to preserve the natural finish of the Hot Plate.
