Assemble and disassemble the nozzle
1.
Firstly, turn off the power switch. Secondly, Screw down the fixing
screw of steel tube after the nozzle has cooling down and then take
down the steel tube and nozzle.
2.
Change a new nozzle, and then assemble and fixing it as the
reverse sequence of disassembling manner. At last, fasten the fixing
screw of steel tube.

Temperature Calibration
The temperature should be recalibrated after replacing the heating
element. Set temperature only by pressing keys and calibrate it
digitally.
Method of recalibrating temperature: Use the thermometer to calibrate.
1.
Set the temperature to 300
℃
.
2.
Place QUICK196 away from the nozzle. Write down the value
displaying on the thermometer after the temperature has stabilized
(
the point of the last digit will flicker
)
.
3.
Press and hold the “
” and “
” keys simultaneously until the unit
shows 300 , this indicates the unit has entered into calibration
mode.
4.
Press “
” or “
” key to input the value displaying on the
thermometer. After input, press down the “
” and “
” keys
simultaneously until it shows “CAL”. After several seconds, it shows
actual temperature and the process is finished.
5.
If the temperature still has deflection, you can repeat it in
accordance with above steps.
NOTE: Suggest use the 196 thermometer to measure the tip’s
temperature.
