WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The AB ÅLÖ-MASKINER Company, in the following also termed the Manufacturer, undertakes to replace or repair
any part where damage has been proved to be caused by defects in material or workmanship.
This Warranty is valid for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the date when the loader was delivered to the Owner. It
is further understood and agreed that the defect should immediately be reported to the Distributor and that the loader
or the defective part shall be placed at the Manufacturer's free disposal after break-down. Where parts have been
replaced or repaired under the terms of this Warranty, the items are guaranteed only until the original Warranty
expires.
The Warranty does not extend to accidents, neglected maintenance, changes or faulty mounting carried out by the
Owner. When making a Warranty exchange of parts, the Owner shall compensate the Manufacturer for the time that
the parts have been used, if they have been exposed to extreme wear.
Compensation is not paid for physical harm, deadlock, resulting damages or other losses.
Should any defects which are attributable to the Manufacturer be found during tests or trouble-shooting executed on
the request of the Owner, the tests or trouble shooting will be free of charge. The Owner will be charged for all costs
not so attributable.
Temporary repairs or additional costs due to the work being carried out after nomal working hours will not be com-
pensated.

supplemented with the relevant addenda.
b) are manufactured in accordance with the following harmonized standards:
EN 292-1,-2,-3, EN 294, EN 12525:2000.
