This symbol indicates an important safety
regulation.
Faulty use of the equipment could cause serious dama-
ges on man and property - therefore please observe the
following:
- Carefully learn the function of the control device,
attachment of implements etc. before using the loader.
It is also your duty to instruct other persons who are
allowed to use your loader.
Safety Locking Device: The control device is
equipped with a catch, see illus.16, which, in locking
position (left), prevents involuntary operations.
- The tractor shall be equipped with sufficient counter-
weight to ensure the stability of the tractor. See pr EN
12525-1998 !
Please get in touch with your dealer !
- Always check, when changing implements, that the
implement is properly locked in position by pushing the
front part of the implement against the ground.
- Loaded implements shall be transported as low as
possible and at a max. speed of 10 km/h.
- Do not transport round bales or other material with
implements, not aimed for this purpose. In lifted
position the load could tip backwards over the driver.
The tractor shall be equipped with a rollover protective
structure (ROPS) and a falling-object protective
structure (FOPS).
- It is forbidden to stay under lifted loader unless the
shut-off-tap (fig. 15) is in locked position. Unintentional
touch of the control device or leakage in the hydraulic
system might cause sudden movements.
- Lifting and transportation of people is forbidden.
- Be careful when driving with the loader in lifted
position under electric cables - DANGER ! !
- Always check that no people stay in the working area.
- See to it that the necessary electric- and warning signs,
function according to law when driving on public high-
ways.
- The loader is equipped with a shut-off-tap placed as
illustrated on fig.15, on the right side of the loader. Always
see to it that this shut-off-tap is in locked position when
maintaining the machinery, or when the loader for some
other reason has been left in lifted position for a consid-
erable time.
WARNING ! this shut-off-tap may NOT be used when
maintaining the hydraulic system of the loader. In these
cases the loader has to be lowered to ground level.
Turn off the engine and release the oil pressure by the aid
of the control valve before disconnecting the quick cou-
plings or maintaining the hydraulic system in some other
way - under high pressure oil could cause serious dam-
ages.
- Oil leakages in the couplings, or leakages caused by
damaged hoses, for ex, have to be immediately dealt
with. Check regularly.
- Check and tighten all screws regularly, if necessary,
especially the bolts fixing the subframes to the tractor
body.
- When parking the loader, always attach an implement
(a bucket, a fork etc.). Also see to it that the ground is
reasonably firm and plane.
