Carrier before beginning loader

This can be checked by obser-
ving the locking lever position
and forcing the implement
against the ground using the
loader hydraulic cylinders.
Failure to properly install imple-

to come off the Tool Carrier
resulting in serious injury to the
operator or bystanders.

CHECK LIST
When the loader has been fitted - check that everything
works properly before use. Always check the following
points. Tick off one by one and adjust , if necessary.
1.
Check that the mounting has been carried out
according to the mounting instructions.
2.
Check the counter-weight with regard to
implements and field of application.
3.
Check that all screws have been tightened.
4.
Check that the front wheels don't interfere with
loader and subframe at max. turning angle and
oscillation - if NOT, install front axle stop pieces or
limit the turning angle.
5. Test run of loader.
6. Check that there is no oil leakage.
7. Check oil level in tractor - if necessary, re-fill.
8. When attaching an implement, check that the
locking pins cam in.
9. Check that there are no visible damages on the
loader.
Depending on the regulations /
laws in each country there are
various types of warning decals, of
which these only represent a
selection.
Keep the warning decals clean
and see to it that these are
replaced if damaged or missing.
