Turn one of the
adjustment knobs. The
display lights up
continuously again and
you can make
adjustments as before.
Make sure that the
adjustable speed of the
mixing / blendingfunction
is limited to speed level 4
for safety reasons, if the
ingredients in the
stainless steel mixing
bowl exceed a
temperature of of 60 °C.
For a temperature of in
the stainless steel mixing
bowl of 60 °C or more,
the highest adjustable
speed level for the mixing
/ blending function is
speed 4.
When heating ingredients
at a high speed level the
appliance automatically
switches to level 4 as
soon as the temperature
reaches 60 °C or above.
A cooking basket is also
supplied with the
appliance. You can use
the cooking basket to
cook ingredients in the
stainless steel mixing
bowl that are not to be
chopped or mixed, such
as potatoes, pasta or rice.
The food processor has a
left-hand blade rotation
function (counter-
clockwise). With this
function, your dishes are
not cut by the blades, as
this is only possible when
the machine is turned in
clockwise rotation.
You can use the function
if you do not want to chop
chop but rather mix the
ingredients, such as
when preparing risotto.
Your food processor is
equipped with an "SL"
mixing level which is the
lowest adjustable speed
level for the mixing /
blending function. The
low speed allows for a
more gentle preparation
of the ingredients, as the
food is less finely ground
than at higher speeds. In
combination with the left-
hand rotation function,
this speed level is
particularly suitable for
mixing ingredients that
should not be cut by the
blades and should be
prepared at moderate
speed, i.e. without being
damaged by vigorous
mixing.
