In accordance with the Regulation on Machinery, the 
following definitions are applicable: 

  “Danger  Zones:”  any  area  inside  and/or  near  a 

machine  where  the  presence  of  a  person  is  a 
risk to his/her health and safety. 

  “Exposed  Person:”  any  person  located  entirely
