Release: 06 / 2019
2 levels
The module support has 2 levels:
- the SMD level, for a focus of 100% (optimum sharpness), the
support is provided on the two angle strips with a clearance height of
about 50 mm.
- the THT level, with a reduced focus at the bottom PCB level of th
assembly (unsuitable for SMD component testing) is the support on
the lower lugs of the side stops and the magnetic
level is intended for assemblies with high THT components with a
clearance height of 60 mm.
Applies to all LC20, LCM20, -/UV, and LCM25 models
Maintenance work
To maintain the QuinsBox, you only need to periodically clean the
white initialization plate, depending on dust deposition
experience, once a year), with a dry dust rag
streaks on the surface! To do this, remove the drawer from the box
and slowly squeeze the scan carriage with your hand to the left so
that you can comfortably reach the initialization plate by hand and
remove the dust with the rag.
(It also makes sense to free the drawer of lost parts, simply remove,
turn, and shake it out)
The white balance is firmware controlled, is fully automatic before each scan and can never be changed! This
ensures that a color change of the image recordings, despite possibly weaker lighting is not possible. An
additional calibration does not take plac
of order (red LED). In this case, it is only possible to continue working after replacing the lighting unit.
Applies to all models!
Quins System LCM20 / LCM20UV
Connections
All LCM models have only a power and network connection and a WLAN
antenna.
Fuse
There is a fuse slot between the power connector and the central power
switch:
