Drawer
Behind the drawer is located on each side of a stop bracket with magnet, which
hold the drawer when inserted in the end position. The drawer must always be
up to the stop, it means until the magnets hold them. If this
there may have been some object behind the drawer and disturbing, or the
stop angle are shifted / twisted. Both result in malfunctions
scanner cannot scan at the specified position
For troubleshooting and maintenance, the drawer can be removed completely
from the QuinsBox. Simply press the black levers on one side up, the other side
down and pull out the drawer completely
When pushing back, make sure that the guide rail with the ball bearings has
also been inserted and received exactly in the mutual track. With a little
pressure, push the drawer all the way completely back and check
that it is easy to move.
Applies to all LC20, LCM20, -/UV, and LCM25 models
Inserting assemblies for testing
The drawer has a support angle with a groove under the round rod.
This groove serves to fix the assembly if it has been distorted during
soldering.
Please note that the front stop is located at the very edge of the scan area and
there the largest perspective offset is possible! With high components in the
edge area and smaller components on the outside, these can be covered. In
this case, we recommend placing the assembly in the middle of the drawer.
For this purpose, a centre mark is attached to the longitudin
this centre mark within your reference image so that you can easily determine
where the assembly was inserted by repeatedly using the reference.
The side stops should be adjusted with a small distance, so that the
assemblies can be easily inserted and removed. Make sure that the assembly
is not moved when moving the drawer in
The magnetic-foot stopper is normally required for the free
the assembly.
Applies to all LC20, LCM20, -/UV, and LCM25 models
