Chapter 7: System Alarms
View Alarms
The Command Line Interface (CLI) enables you to view alarms through the Monitor mode. You can view
active alarms, as well as view an alarm history list.
You are now ready to view active alarms and an alarm history, or both. See the sections which follow:
Display all Alarms
You are able to display both active alarms and an alarm history as follows:
1. Through CLI, access the
Monitor
prompt.
2. Type
alarm.
Both active alarms and the alarm history will be displayed. See section
How to Read Alarms
for field definitions.

you enter
alarm
without a command following it, both active alarms and the alarm history will be dis-
