g. Position the handle, extract it from the basket by pressing the specific buttons on the
base of the handle and make sure it is hooked. Once it is in the correct position, it will
lock with a click.
Use the handle to place the basket in the fryer.
h. Place the food to be deep-fried into the basket.

For best result, put dry food into the basket. This is a specially important whit ho made
chips etc.
Always dry vegetables before frying.

Lower the basket into the oil slowly to prevent excessive bubbling and hot oil splash.
m. The indicator light will go out when the temperature you have selected has been
reached. To keep the oil at the selected temperature the thermostat repeatedly goes
and off, and the indicator light as well.
n. Raise the basket again when the fryer ti me has elapsed.
o. Remove the plug from the outlet.
p. Rinse the handle and the basket after use and dry thoroughly.
q. When the fryer has completely cool down, it is possible to place the basket in the tank
and to store the fryer.
Store the fryer with the lid closed in a room repaired from light and from sources of heat.
By operating in this manner, it will be possible to leave the basket and the oil in the tank.
r.
Before putting the oil, be sure that the TAP (7) is closed in the “
OFF” position.
