Functional principle
When working with a semi-mounted plough, there is always
a load on the top link (the bolt is never free). This pressure
UHOLHYHVWKHIURQWD[OH7KHWUDFWRUWHQGVWRWLOWEDFNZDUGVZKLFK
causes the front wheels to spin.
Thanks to the hydraulically controlled transmission, a cylinder on

The hydraulic control for the transmission can be installed on all
turnable implements in the SP 8 or 9 range.
It allows the following among other things:
ʈ
Positive use of the plough weight with optimum load
distribution over the tractor wheels or up to 30 % less slipping.
ʈ
Better reactions from the position control as the 3rd coupling
point is no longer subject to forces.
ʈ
Reduction of fuel consumption and tyre wear.
3.10 Front adjustment wheels

Key
1
Front adjustment wheels
There is a pair of adjustment wheels (item 1) in front of the
housing.
ʈ
If ploughing outside the track using the tractor, using these
wheels enables the following:
-
Guiding the implement (marking).
-
Controlling the alignment: The wheel controls the working
depth of the 1st plough body and the implement's plumb line.
ʈ
If ploughing inside the track using the tractor, put the front
adjustment wheels down:
-
Offset: Opening the offset setting jig
(the working width of the 1st plough body) is controlled using
the cylinder.
-
Alignment: The working depth for the implement's front side is
controlled using the tractor's lifting arm and the side alignment
(plumb line) is controlled using the adjustment screws below
the rotary housing.

The rear, z-shaped support enables the wheel to be positioned
in an optimum manner. The wheel is drawn back to obtain
a better transmission and integrated into the housing to
ensure that the overlap is as small as possible. This enables

After releasing, larger wheels with a lug tread can be installed.
This enables you to work under all conditions.

The wheel overlaps and is positioned in front of the last but one
plough body.

You can add the following:

One additional plough body on the rear (item 2) behind the

to the main chassis. The wheel position does not change.
It overlaps less as the last plough body removes its track
partially.
