6.2
Locking and unlocking the turning
gear
CAUTION:
The implement has a locking mechanism for the
turning gear. The mechanism may only be unlocked
DWWKHZRUNLQJORFDWLRQ¿HOGDQGMXVWEHIRUH
starting to plough.
As soon as the work is complete, lock the
mechanism again. This prevents the risk of
accidents or driving errors when transporting or
when the implement is uncoupled.

Unlocked position
ʈ
Lower the handle (item 1) on the rotary housing.
ʈ
The bolt leaves the bushing and therefore triggers the lock.
CAUTION:
Ensure that the axle is locked properly before
uncoupling the implement.

Uncoupling the implement from
the tractor
CAUTION:
Ensure that nobody is standing close to the
implement before lowering it.
IMPORTANT:
Before unhitching the implement, ensure that the
JURXQGLVVXI¿FLHQWO\ÀDWDQGFDQEHDUWKHZHLJKW
Use wooden blocks to wedge the elements and the
supports on wet ground.

Follow the procedure in reverse order to uncouple the
implement:

Set the implement to the working position. It must rest on its
plough bodies on the right or left side.
ʈ
Insert the supports.
ʈ
Use the turning cylinder to set the elements to vertical.
The coupling head must be horizontal to make the procedure
easier.
ʈ
Lower the implement to the ground.
ʈ
Release the top link.
ʈ
Set the latch to the uncoupled position.
ʈ
Disconnect the connection to the power connector on the
tractor.
ʈ
Bleed the pressure from the hydraulic circuit and disconnect
the hydraulic couplings.
ʈ
Raise the lower lifting arms.
