quick start
Preparing the tractor
1.
Check the gap between the wheels.
-
The total width (ploughing outside the track) or the gap
between the insides of the rear tyres (ploughing inside the
track).
2.
Check the tyre pressure.
-
It must be identical on both sides of the tractor and at the front
and back.
3.
Adjust the length of the bottom link.
-
Adjust the length of the lifting rods so that the coupling is in
DFRPSOHWHO\KRUL]RQWDOSRVLWLRQ,WPXVWEHRIVXI¿FLHQWOHQJWK
that at least 30 mm of chrome remains visible on the lifting
cylinders when working.
4.
Adjust the side clearance of the lifting arms.

5.
Check the bolt on the top link.
-
The connection between the top link bolt on the tractor and the
implement must be provided by a ball joint and not by an
automatic hook.
Trailer coupling
6.
Couple the bottom link on.
7.
Lift the bearing rail and unlock the latch.
8.
Hook the top link in.
9.
Ensure that there are no hindrances between the
implement and the tractor.
-
The implement must not touch the tractor.
-
There must not be any contact between the tractor's bottom
link or the top link's bolt and the implement's bolt couplings,
neither in the raised position nor in the working position.
10.
Connect the hydraulic hoses and the (optional)
function selection switch.
11.
Transport/working position
ģ
Transport position:
-
Frame that is locked to the housing horizontally.
-
Folded in offset setting jig.
-
Safety stop on the wheel block.
-
Implement lowered. Check that it cannot come into contact
with the ground. Leave 30 to 50 mm clearance on the rear
wheel's safety stop.
ģ
Working position:
-
Frame unlocked.
-
Offset setting jig open with cylinder positioned correctly.
-
Safety stop removed from the wheel block.
Ploughing outside the track
12.
Check that the offset cylinder and the vertical
adjustment screw are positioned correctly.
13.
Check the alignment of the wheels.
-
The adjustment wheels must be the same depth as the plough
body's shares or project 50 mm over the shares.
-
The transport and supporting wheel must be parallel to the
plough body.
1st pass
14.
Raise the front adjustment wheel.
15.
Use the support bolt to adjust the working depth
setting on the rear wheel block and the tractor's lifting
arm height.
2nd pass
16.
Return the adjustment wheel to its original position.
17.
Use the support bolt on the rear wheel to adjust the
GHSWK¿QHO\
18.
The adjustment wheel must run on the track's base.
-
The 1st plough body therefore works at the same depth as the
last plough body in the previous pass.
-
The implement adjusts itself lengthways.
19.
Lifting the tractor
-
Height adjustment: The adjustment wheel must run on the
previous track's base.
-
Bolt on the top link: This must be higher on the implement side
than on the tractor side. Adjust the length so that the bearing
rail is parallel to the ground and at the desired working depth.
-
Power control to zero.
-
Check inside or outside the track.
