Lower the blade to touch the insulation/plastic, then remove wire from shaft
and turn knob 2 complete rotations.

Tighten drill onto the chuck of the Copper Wire Stripper JR.

Pull trigger on battery drill, feed wire through small wire guide. Do not tie or
clamp down on the drill.
CAUTION: Wire will feed through at the speed in which the drill is set. Low
speed is highly recommended.
WARNING: Do not lower the blade too far. This will cause damage to the
blade and shorten the lifespan of your blade. Be sure that you are only cutting
through the insulation.

Wire comes out the back of the machine with a cut down the centre of the
wire or cable. Peel or strip the insulation off.
8.
Once the machine is set for one size of wire, you can strip that size
continuously without adjusting your machine.
For Larger wire or cable:
1.
Slide wire guide down for larger wire.
2.
Place the wire into the feed shaft.
3.
Tighten the knob on the right side of the wire stripper.
4.
Lower the blade to touch the insulation/plastic, then remove wire from shaft
and turn knob 3 complete rotations. (Adjustment is only required when you
put a different size of wire into the machine). This holds the wire/cable in
the centre of the V-groove.
5.
Tighten drill onto Copper Wire Stripper JR. chuck.
6.
Feed wire through larger wire guide and into the machine.
CAUTION: Wire will feed through very quickly as soon as you turn the drill
on. Low speed is highly recommended.
