"USB I/O interface ID 1 not found"
"USB I/O interface ID 2 not found"
The internal USB I/O interface for the front-panel buttons and status
LEDs was not found when the ACU application started.
Possible remedies:
•
It may be necessary to replace the USB I/O interface.*
•
Contact support.
5.3.52
"Drive cabinet network interface
misconfigured"
The IP address of the ACU, on the NIC that connects to the drive
cabinet network, is wrong. 192.168.244.1 is the correct address.
5.3.53
"Motor controller reset in progress"
The ACU has detected a motor controller fault and is attempting to
correct the issue by cycling power to them for three attempts. If the
attempts are not successful, the fault will persist and the drive cabinet
will remain in the error state.
If the fault still remains, check the following:
1.
Manually cycle power at the drive cabinet using the mains
breaker.
2.
On the Yaskawa Inverter display, check the error code. Refer
to the V1000 Manual, section 5.2, “Fault Detection.”
3.
Verify Auto Tune has been performed, refer to Appendix 9:
Setup: V1000 Motor Drives.
4.
Verify the Setup Wizard has been performed (section 3.5).
