4.3

Example of report form for mea-
suring magnetic fields

When you measure magnetic fields, you should
produce a report form which can act as a basis
for any remedial action. Below is an example of
a completed report form. Report form templates
which you can copy can be found at the back of
these user instructions. Once you have filled out
the forms, they should be filed in a folder. You
can then go back and make comparisons with
previous measurements.
