Installation Instructions

1. Remove your new Radiant Optics

Ceramic Infrared Element from
the box.

Note: The new element is round.
It is designed to be a direct
replacement for the old square
element.

2. Disconnect power.

Remove the cover from the
Radiant Optics

Hotzone

Heater to

expose the old element.

3. Skip to steps S1-S4 if there is only

one tab on the housing.

Unscrew the element leads from
the power supply leads. Remove
old element and discard. Keep the
screws and nuts for re-installation.

4. Insert the new Element by

squeezing the legs on the bracket
to clear the tabs on the housing.
Ensure the ears on the element
bracket are placed on top of the
housing tabs.
