Connection procedures of RW8300E-a-NL and RW8300E-a as
Paired devices
Set up RW8300E-a connection
This session will show you how to set up RW8300E-a connection.
Note: Please make sure RW8300E-a is in default settings, you can refer chapter “Reset
RW8300E-a(-NL) (USB-Device) to the Default” on page 7.

Ensure the Router is operational via the RJ-45 Ethernet:
Connect a RJ-45 Ethernet cable from your notebook computer to the Internet
router to make sure you can access the Internet via the RJ-45 connection.

Ensure the Router accepts RJ45 and test the connection

Connect Ethernet between the RW8300E-a and the Router

Once confirmation of the connection to the Internet via the PC and the Router,
remove the PC and connect the RJ-45 Ethernet cable between the RW8300E-a
and the router.

Plug the USB power adapter into USB connector on the RW8300E-a.

Wait about 1 minute for booting complete.
