PRO 55 MX Headset
Your RadioShack PRO 55 MX Headset is
equipped with a dynamic, unidirectional
boom microphone for hands-free commu-
nication with computer games and voice-
activated and voice-recognition software.
The headset is also ideal for use with PA
mixers or multimedia systems (for audio/
video mixing, dubbing, narration, and
sound and voice effects).
The lightweight headset uses high energy
dynamic elements for a wide frequency re-
sponse that delivers impressive sound re-
production. An adjustable headband
accommodates any head size for a com-
fortable fit. Other features include:
Closed Vinyl Ear Cushions — provide
better isolation and deep bass perfor-
mance.
Anisotropic Magnet Structure — produc-
es high-end clarity and detail for the high-
est quality stereo sound.
8-Foot Cord — gives you flexibility and
ease of movement.
Frequency Response — 20–20,000 Hz
with a total harmonic distortion of less than
0.2% at 95 dB SPL at 1kHz.
OPERATION
Caution: Turn down the volume on the
sound source you plan to use (such as a
computer or PA equipment) before plug-
ging in the headset.

-inch (6.35-mm) ste-
reo output or input jacks, use an adapter
(available at your local RadioShack store).
1. Insert the headset’s head-
phone plug into the EAR-
PHONE (or similarly marked
output jack) on your sound
source.
2. Insert the headset’s micro-
phone plug into the MIC (or
similarly marked input jack) on
your sound source.
3. Adjust the headband for the best fit.
4. Adjust the MIC for the best transmis-
sion.
ACCESSORIES
Your local RadioShack store has many
adapters, splitters, replacement ear pads,
and cable extensions to enhance the use
of your headset.

To protect your hearing, follow these
guidelines when you use the headset.
