BCL- Busy
Channel Lock-out
Disables the [PTT] button on a channel that is
already in use. The transceiver will sound a
beep tone and will not transmit if the [PTT]
button is pressed when a channel is already
in use.

When ON, the two displays will sync. This
enables you to see both Channel Name
and Frequency at the same time (Use with
Menus 16&17)
