Step 5: Power-On the System
Overview
After you have installed the P3000(D)BX2 and connected all devices, power-on the
system.
No Power
If the system does not power-on, check all power connections, the power source and the
jumper settings (see Step 1: Check Jumper Settings on page
If power connections are secure, the power source is adequate, and the jumper settings
are correct, contact Technical Support. See “Customer Support,”
Start-up
After you power-on the system, it will:
•
Execute the Power-On Self Test (POST) to ensure that the system is functional and
properly configured.
•
Start the operating system.
Setup
During the POST, you can access the Setup Utility (
) to configure the system.
Before using the SBC for the first time, you should verify the system settings
in the Setup Utility. See
