Step 3
Select Create new log file.
Step 4
Wait for the system to create the log package file and display the link for downloading this
file.
Step 5
Select the link to download the log package file onto the computer.
Reporting a Software Upgrade Failure
Problem
The software upgrade from the USB drive fails.
Solution
1.
Remove the USB drive from the USB port of the SCOPIA XT Series
2.
Connect the USB drive to a computer.
3.
Locate the upgrade.log file.
4.
Send the log file to your local customer service representative.
Viewing System Information
You can view the following system information if your system is not currently in a call:
•
software version
•
user code
•
IP addresses
•
serial number
