OMPC Offset
The location in the packet where the data starts being checked for
specific bits in the IP or TCP header.

OMPC Mask
The mask for OMPC data. The value must be defined according to the
OMPC Length parameter.
Values: Must comprise eight hexadecimal symbols
Default: 00000000
