LUBRICATION:
• Before and after each use of the paint gun, lubricate using non-silicone oil for paint gun:
• Step 1: Place two or three drops of needle oil in front of the trigger. Tilt the gun so that the oil can get into
the front of the shell.
• Step 2: Place two or three drops of oil on the air valve. Tilt the pistol so that the oil enters the front of the
pistol.
• Step 3: Place two or three drops of oil on the ventilation regulator. Tilt the pistol so that the oil falls into its
front.
• Step 4: Place a drop of lubricating oil on the trigger washer and one on the trigger screw. Press the trigger
to allow the oil to fall into its parts.
• Step 5: Place a drop of lubricating oil on the vessel pressure regulator.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Look at the tip of the needle if it has not worn. Wearing it will cause an uneven spray jet. If you notice wear
on the needle, replacement is required.
Wear compartment seal:
Step 1: Remove the lid from the paint tank.
Step 2: Inspect the cover seal for unevenness, scratches, cracks and general appearance. The seal is
