properly. Use of the aspiration system reduces the risks due to the discharge dust at work.
1.4. Care treatment of random orbital sander.
1.4.1. Do not overload the random orbital sander. Use only the random orbital sander in accordance
with its intended purpose. You will operate better and safer when using the appropriate random orbital
sander of manufacturer in the specified range of load.
1.4.2. Do not use random orbital sander, whose starting switch is damaged.
Random orbital sander, which can not be excluded and included as provided by the manufacturer,
is dangerous and must be repaired.
1.4.3. Before you modify the settings of the random orbital sander, working to replace instruments
and ancillary devices, and for a long time when you will not use the random orbital sander, unplug the
plug from the supply network. This measure eliminates the danger of triggering of the random orbital
sander inadvertently.
1.4.4. Keep random orbital sander in places where they could not be reached by children. Do not let
it be used by persons who are not familiar with how to work with it and have not read those instructions.
When in the hands of inexperienced users, the random orbital sander can be extremely dangerous.
1.4.5. Keep your random orbital sander carefully. Check whether the mobile units operate
impeccable, whether it spells, if there is broken or damaged item which distort or alter the functions of
the random orbital sander. Before using the random orbital sander, make sure that the damaged parts
to be repaired. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools and appliances.
1.4.6. Never leave the random orbital sander, before working tools to completely stop its rotation.
Rotary tool can touch the object, resulting in losing control over the random orbital sander.
1.4.7. Regularly clean your vent random orbital sander.
1.4.8. Do not use the random orbital sander near flammable materials. Flying sparks can cause the
ignition of such materials.
1.4.9. Never put your hands near the rotary working tools.
1.4.10. If the supply voltage is interrupted (e.g. due to blackouts, or if the plug is removed from
contact) unblock the trigger switch and place it in position “off”. This will prevent uncontrolled inclusion
of the random orbital sander.
1.4.11. Do not use the random orbital sander, where the power cord is damaged. If during operation
the cable is damaged, do not touch. Immediately disconnect the plug from the outlet.
Damaged power cables increase the risk of electric shock.
1.5. Prior to sander operation.
1.5.1. When sanding wood and metal surfaces coated with paints with lead additives, harmful
or toxic dust may arise. Contact or inhalation of the dust may endanger operator’s or other persons’
health. Use appropriate personal protection measures such as filter masks and safety glasses. Use
dust extraction system.
1.5.2. During operation hold the sander firmly with both hands.
1.5.3. Ensure the abrasive paper does not touch processed material prior to switching the sander
on.
1.5.4. Ensure the abrasive paper is well installed before switching the sander on.
1.5.5. Do not touch moving parts of the sander.
1.5.6. After switching off, do not put away the sander until all moving parts stop.
1.5.7. Use protective mask if the dust appears during sanding. Dust, which appears when sanding
surfaces coated with lead-based paint, some types of wood and metal, is harmful.
1.5.8. Pregnant women and children should not enter the room where lead-based paint is removed
with the use of sander.
1.5.9. Do not eat, drink or smoke in the room where lead-based paint is removed with the sander.
1.5.10. Avoid using long extension cords.
1.6. When operating the sander.
1.6.1. Wear earmuff protectors and protection half-mask always when using the sander.
1.6.2. Sander is not designed for wet operation.
1.6.3. Ensure the switch is in the OFF position before plugging the sander to power supply.
1.6.4. Keep the power cord away from moving parts of the sander.
1.6.5. Use safety goggles or glasses when operating the sander above head.
