An internal thermostat has been provided
to maintain the motor temperature within
normal operating ranges. In case the motor is
over loaded, gets too hot or the current is too
high, the internal thermostat will automatically
cut off. If this happens, turn the switch off and
wait 5 minutes until the motor has cooled
down to restart the machine by on/off switch
again. This feature helps to protect the motor
from damage due to overheating.
10. Maintenance
WARNING! When servicing, use only
identical replacement parts. Use of any other
parts may create a hazard or cause product
damage.
Do not attempt to make any adjustments
while the machine is in operation.
Always remove the electric power cord
from the power supply before changing parts,
lubricating the machine or when working on
the unit to avoid possible serious injury.
Keep the machine clean from accumulated
dust.
11. Cleaning:
Keep the ventilation slots of the machine
clean to prevent overheating of the motor.
Regularly clean the machine housing with
a soft cloth, preferable after each use. Keep
the ventilation slot free from dust and dirt.
If the dirt does not come off use a soft cloth
moistened with soapy water.
Note: Please clean the pump and the
sliding table guide rail immediately after you
stop use, otherwise the impeller of the pump
or the guide rail could be stuck by the dry
debris. To clean the pump, remove the inhale
cover and the impeller cover, and then take
out of the impeller. Use a small brush or
stream of water to remove any debris on the
impeller.
Never use solvents such as petrol, alcohol,
ammonia water, etc. these solvents may
damage the plastic parts.
12. DISPOSAL.
The machine, accessories and packaging
should be sorted for environmental-friendly
recycling. The plastic components are
labelled for categorized recycling. Do not
dispose of power tools into household waste!
According the European Guideline 2002/96/EC
for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
and its implementation into national right,
power tools that are no longer usable must
be collected separately and disposed of in an
environmentally correct manner.
