USE

Placing the grinding sheet

• Disconnect the plug.

Loosen clamps (4) for the attachment of the 

grinding sheet.

Place the sheet on the bed grinding (5) of the 

grinder.

the bottom of the grinder and press with clamps 

(4) for attachment of the grinding sheet.

Make sure grinding sheet is well attached.

DUST CAPTURING

• When using a vacuum cleaner, use the exit 

nozzle  (3)  of  vibroshlayfa  and  join  the  exhaust 

system.

Do  not  use  vacuum  cleaner  when  grinding 

metal.

• Inclusion / exclusion

Voltage  network  must  correspond  to  the

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

In  case  of  excessive  sparking  the  collector 

should  check  the  status  of  the  carbon  brush 

motor.

Shorter  than  5  mm.,  Up  or  broken  carbon 

brush  motor  should  be  replaced  immediately. 

Always replace both brushes simultaneously.

Operation  of  changing  carbon  brushes 

entrusted  only  to  qualified  persons  using 

original parts.

Any kind of failures should be removed from 

the authorized service of RAIDER.

Treat carefully to their instruments.
