If initialization fails, the following message appears:

This error is often the result of starting ICS right after you turn on the instrument. RainDance
recommends the following steps:
1.
Exit the ICS.
2.
Turn the instrument off.
3.
Turn the instrument back on.
4.
Wait 1 minute.
5.
Start the ICS.
If the message appears again, restart the ICS.
