Gas Pressure Quality
You may use compressed argon or nitrogen. Ensure that the compressed gas system you
use meets the following standards.
The input pressure must be regulated to a value, at the system, within the range of 90-
120 psi.
In addition, the quality must meet the ISO/DIS8573 compressed gas quality standard,
Class 2 for instrument quality gas, as follows:
